At CD Plus Mobile, we value your trust and work hard to ensure every customer receives quality products. To keep our service fair and transparent, please read our return and refund rules carefully.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
✅ 1. Damaged Product on Delivery
If the product arrives physically damaged, broken, or non-functional, you are eligible for a return or refund.

Damage claim must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

Proof (pictures/videos) of damage is required for approval.

Product must be unused and in original packaging.
✅ 2. Company Warranty & Claim Products
If your product comes with a company warranty, then:

Warranty claims will be handled strictly according to the company’s rules and timeline.

You will receive repair or replacement (as per brand policy) for the entire warranty period.

CD Plus Mobile will assist in guiding you through the claim process.
❌ No Return / No Refund Items
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for the following:

All non-warranty products

All mobile accessories (earbuds, chargers, cables, covers, protectors, etc.)

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage

Any item returned after 2 days of delivery
Once accessories or non-warranty items are sold, they cannot be returned or refunded under any condition.
Return Time Limit
All eligible return or refund requests must be made within 2 days of product delivery.
After 2 days, no return or refund request will be accepted.
Warranty Claims
For products with company warranty:

Claims are processed only under brand/company rules

Warranty covers only manufacturer faults

Physical damage or liquid damage is not covered

Warranty claim period lasts only for the time provided by the company
Important Notes

Customers must provide unboxing video when possible to avoid disputes.

Returned product must include all accessories, packing, and box.

Refund will be issued only after verification of the claim.
